Is it something in the water at Elliot School that causes great bands to form there? The high school in London was already the alma mater of successful British musical act Hot Chip, mysterious hyperdub artist Burial, and Folktronic DJ Kieran Hebdan, also known as Four Tet. Best New Artists of 2009: Not a Collection of Haikus

Because I am not as creative as Chris Tracy, this list is gonna be a bit more straightforward and traditional in format.  I do apologize…
