Wesley Pentz, better known by his dinosaur-derived stage name, Diplo, is one of the most influential DJs / Producers in the business. He played an important role in M.I.A.’s Kala, Santigold’s self titled debut, and in this year’s Major Lazer album. In addition, he used to be a schoolteacher in Philadelphia and at one point dated M.I.A.
I am a big fan of his work, so I threw together a mix of my favorite Diplo tracks / remixes / productions for your listening pleasure.
